About the IRS Form 990
Form 990 tax returns are filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by all nonprofit organizations in the United States. The IRS electronically supplies the Foundation Center with these returns. Please note that the Foundation Center blocks out on these returns the preparer's social security number. Although all of the information included in the Form 990 is fully disclosable, we have made this modification out of respect for the privacy of the individuals concerned.

To ensure fast, easy access for our users, we present these files in a Portable Document Format (PDF). To view PDF files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not have the Reader installed, you can download it for free from the Adobe Web site.
